Janice Hansen, PhD, serves as director of undergraduate programs at University of California, Irvine’s School of Education. She has also served as a lecturer for both the undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Education Sciences and the Master of Arts in Teaching/Credential programs at UCI, as well as an undergraduate course lecturer at California State University, Long Beach.
As a mother of a daughter living with a rare disease, Dr. Janice Hansen — along with her daughter — are ardent advocates for rare disease research, legislation and positive change.
