Attendees will be informed on the latest updates with CATCH initiatives\,  share success stories and identify barriers to change. Through a combination of lectures\, panel discussions and case presentations\, participants will be better equipped to increase the quality of care for patients they serve and their families. \n\nLEARNING OBJECTIVES: \nAt the conclusion of this activity\, learners should be able to: \n\nAccess\, support\, and lead community-based initiatives that increase children’s access to optimal health or well-being.\nImplement new strategies and apply new information to reduce or eliminate current issues presented in practice.\nRecognize the importance and benefits of collaboration among medical professions and the community to advance the health of all children
