SUMMARY:NYS IDD/DD Nurse Association 2024 Annual Conference
DESCRIPTION:The NYS ID/DD Nurses Association (NYSIDDDNA) will be hosting the NYSIDDDNA 2024 Annual Conference September 9-11\, 2024 at the Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls\, New York. \nHosting the Annual Conference provides the Association with the opportunity to meet its primary purpose\, which is to promote the professional development of nurses who support people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. \nThis conference will provide nurses and other interested health care professionals working in the ID/DD field with educational programs addressing a variety of contemporary issues for ID/DD supports with a host of esteemed presenters. The conference provides an opportunity for nurses to enhance and reflect on their own practice and/or network with colleagues throughout the state. \nThe Planning Committee has worked collaboratively throughout the winter/spring to select topics and speakers.
