Pallister-Killian Syndrome is a chromosome abnormality when a tetrasomy of the short arm of chromosome 12 (12p) occurs for no known reason. It is also known as mosaic tetrasomy 12p, isochromosome 12p syndrome, or Teschler-Nicola/Killian Syndrome.
