The Office of Arts Education | District 75 Citywide Programs in Partnership with Positive Exposure, will host an exhibition of student work entitled Myself My World. This exhibition will be on display for one month, March 2020, at PE109 Gallery

Throughout history, artists have been visual communicators, advocates, and activists. They have taught the viewer something new about themselves, the world and opened one’s perspective. Students across District 75 are extremely talented, have an incredible sense of creativity, and a powerful voice; this Art Show, in a community space celebrating human diversity through arts and culture,would give students another platform to express themselves. Students will create and present artworks based on the theme:  Myself My World– What are you passionate about? What do you advocate for?

The exhibition will include: 2D artwork, film, animation, filmed plays, dance pieces and musical performances.

The exhibition will be open to school field trips Tuesday through Friday 9:30 -11 am and 11 -12:30 pm.

The exhibition will be open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment.
