When I first started running….

When I first started my running journey, I could barely get from 1 power pole to the next, then double over in breathlessness, then I had to push myself corner to corner, now I go 2k before I even know what’s happening!! This is good for my lungs, my strength, endurance, body and soul, i have so many people cheering me on willing me to reach my goal, thank you for encouraging me, it’s helping me get to my goal!
