Georgie Fredrick Evans

Program Associate

I started schooling at the International Preschool which is located by the United Nations in NYC. I then attended Stephan Gaynor School on NYC’s upper west side and Eagle Hill in Greenwich, CT before graduating from the high school and GROW program at Riverview School in East Sandwich, MA. I also am a graduate of Cape Cod Community College’s Project Forward.

My work experience includes being a messenger and administrative assistant at Panasonic. I also worked for 7 years at Include NYC, formerly Resources for Children with Special Needs. Currently, I work at the Goodwill and the Positive Exposure Gallery. The Goodwill involves a lot of traveling between Brooklyn and Queens as a mailman or courier.  At Positive Exposure, I help with maintenance and computer work for social media and the website, specifically writing weekly columns for the PEARLS Project.

I like taking naps, meditating, going to the movies, getting my hair done, drinking tea, walking on the beach, and going to bars. I love eating feta and goat cheese. I could eat a pound of it. I l also love Diet Coke. I try not to but I drink 2 cans a day. I also like music, particularly Lil Kim and Motley Crue.
