Well, I completed my first speech for my oral communications class.  I had to bring three items that represent me.  I chose my hearing aid, my hands and a guitar pick.  I chose my hearing aid because I’ve had it since I was a baby and it has helped me a lot.  I picked my hands because they’re “special.”  I’ve had multiple surgeries on my hands throughout my life.  The last item, my guitar pick, is important to me because it proves that I can do things that other people can do. 

By the way, I got an ‘A’ on my speech!!!
