2024 SCAAP CATCH Meeting
OVERVIEW:
The purpose of this educational activity is to provide the most current information related to the Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Program and create a forum for discussion. Attendees will be informed on the latest updates with CATCH initiatives, share success stories and identify barriers to change. Through a combination of lectures, panel discussions and case presentations, participants will be better equipped to increase the quality of care for patients they serve and their families.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:
- Access, support, and lead community-based initiatives that increase children’s access to optimal health or well-being.
- Implement new strategies and apply new information to reduce or eliminate current issues presented in practice.
- Recognize the importance and benefits of collaboration among medical professions and the community to advance the health of all children
