Join us for a community archiving event for the New York Disability Rights Archive on Monday, August 24 from 5-8 pm. In conjunction with the exhibit, Remembering the Disability Independence Day March (DIDM) of 1993, help us identify people in photographs from the 1993 march!Would you like to contribute photos or records from any of the DIDM Marches held from 1992-1996? Bring printed photos and paper documents for donation or on-site scanning. You will be asked to sign a deed of gift form authorizing The College of Staten Island to reuse and preserve your donated photos. Contact jessica.murray@csi.cuny.edu with questions.
