Preparing PCPS to Care for the Aging Population of Individuals with I/DD in Communities of Color.

In collaboration with AADMD, CP NYS, Aspire Western New York, UB Dental, and National Task Group on ID & Dementia Practices, PE will create an educational resource for PCPs (& students) prioritizing the needs & experiences of older adults of color with I/DD, while promoting cultural competency & disability justice in healthcare.
