Dr. Bieke kreps (yes, lower case k) is a Belgian pediatric dentist with her own hospital based referral practice in Belgium (AZ Delta, Roeselare), focused on treating children who are facing particular needs and/or challenges. She is also the team pediatric dentist of the Craniofacial team of the University Hospital in Ghent (Belgium), an educator, scientific researcher and an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry (NY, USA). Growing up with a facial difference and later in life contracting invisible differences, fostered Dr. Bieke’s interest in advocating for the acceptance and inclusion of all people in healthcare. A native Belgian, Dr. Bieke has introduced Positive Exposure to European partnerships and audiences.
