Kathleen Cail
Chair: Co-founder and director of ACCESS Cincinnati
After having a daughter born with a neuromuscular disease, Kathleen Cail parlayed her Northeastern University MBA and for-profit experience advocating for accessibility and equity in communities. Kathleen brought Positive Exposure’s work to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, which kickstarted the organization’s community-based exhibitions. Kathleen also is the co-founder and director of ACCESS Cincinnati and the vice president of Starfire.
