I had big plans for this morning, but decided I needed to look after number 1 instead, being me, myself and I, I did some prep and cooking of healthy snacks and then sat down with one of the said snack and a cup of green tea and relaxed! I’m trying to eat healthy regular meals, and always rushing here and there, especially if I don’t actually NEED to, tempts me to make bad eating choices and habits, plenty of time to run round like a headless chicken when I actually need too!
