Every July 4^th weekend my Dad does a golf tournament with some friends. My parent’s friends who live in Sarasota, FL always come up but this year their daughter couldn’t make it. She is 2 years younger than I am and we usually hang out but instead I went to see the movie Finding Dory with my mom’s friends. We went boating at the lake near us the next day with my parents and friends from Sarasota. There is a boat that hangs out on the lake that was made into a pirate ship which looks pretty cool. They dress in pirate clothes too.

We went to the lake club we belong to for the 4^th of July fireworks. It was really crowded this year!
