I can’t believe my sister and I are going to the next grade next year! Even though my sister and I have Celiac Disease (allergic to gluten), my mom still finds way for us to have fun treats like cake! Sometimes it is really tricky at school with birthday treats that friends bring in and pizza parties. Our teachers try to tell my mom the night before so she can bring something special in for us so we don’t feel left out.
