Every couple of weeks we have a family outing, this week’s was a trip to San Francisco and the beach. It was great, except for 40 degree weather with a 20 degree wind chill. Oh, and the fact that you couldn’t see 20 feet in front of you due to the fog. But it’s all good, we can keep it real. What made this trip eventful was that Grace’s favorite toy, a little green mermaid as old as god, was lost. We looked everywhere in the car, our trail, we even considered going back to the beach late that night. I found the toy in the cup holder right next to Grace’s seat. We all smacked our head’s, catastrophe averted.
