Day 5 of 365 Days of Me:

Today I went to window shop at Katy Mills Mall with my mom and dad. We usually enter through Sun and Ski Sports because there are several accessible parking spaces nearby. An elderly man who works there always recognizes us and he enjoys talking to my mom and dad. He asks them questions about me and he tells my mom and dad that they are special people because they have me. My mom and dad always smile and thank him for his kindness.

Even though I cannot speak or hear, it is nice to be recognized and acknowledged.
