I went to visit Dr. Dabney at Delaware Hospital.  Dr. Dabney is an Orthopedic surgeon.  Once a year, I go to get my legs checked.  He said, “both knees are tight and you need a new pair of braces.”  I will be getting my new pair of braces on Friday, March 16th at St. Joseph’s Center.
