I was in Elf Jr. The Musical with the students from the middle school.  We practiced for a couple months.  It was really hard at first and confusing, especially because I couldn’t always hear everything the teacher was saying and follow along fast enough.  I kept trying my best.  The more I practiced, the more I learned and had fun making new friends.  The friends helped me follow along and remind me where to stand.  I didn’t know anyone in my new city until I was in the musical.  We performed at the high school’s new auditorium and had 3 shows.  One show sold out! It was so much fun!
