Exercising: Squats demo

Last week I brought you burpees, this week my trainer was so impressed with my squat form and that I inspired people with my burpee video that he wanted to video me again, he’s also said that next time he might have to add another weight to the vest I’m doing so well!! I wonder what next week will bring??? Here is the last 3 squats of 10 x 3 that I had already done before he started filming.
