I cannot hear music, speech or other sounds unless they are greater than 90 decibels. With my hearing aids, I can hear at about 30 decibels but the sounds are not the same quality as a hearing person hears. My hearing is muffled, BUT I can FEEL music and the vibration when I hold a speaker, or place it near my head!
