For a year I have been training hard to be able to run a half marathon in March, at times there has felt like set backs, there has been tears , there has been a hint of how large this goal actually is and sometimes it feels so overwhelming! BUT the joy I feel as I run, the friendships I have made, the help that I have, the BELIEVERS in me, that I CAN do it, that i WILL achieve it , counter reacts all the other thoughts in my mind!
