It is important and good to go to the gym because it helps lower your blood pressure, and it give you endorphins. There our cute people to look at also. One guy in particular. The Oxygen and brain flow helps me focus. It should specifically help students in classrooms to get more energy and concentrate better in schools. It also helps with weight loss. Exercise helps concentration and helps students deal with emotions. The other thing that exercise does is that it helps with maintaining looks like feeling flushed in the face and sweaty which makes you sweat out toxins.
