I love to go on vacation, and socialise, but I also like to be at home, at home I can control where, when and what i eat, this has helped me grow in strength, grow my muscles and made sure I am eating the right healthy foods for my body. My favourite thing for breakfast is to wiz up eggs, spinach and feta, then scramble it in a pan, I’m getting greens and protein all in one hit, this is such a great way to start the day. Also, carry a drink bottle with you everywhere!! You never know when you’ll be in a position where there is no access to water for hours! Drinking lots of water keeps you fuelled for the whole day! I’ve managed to cut myself down to 1 sugar treat a week, but even then my body knows I’ve done it!!
A bit of a ramble today, but I’m happy and healthy and that’s all that matters, I’ve got things in life I want to achieve and I can’t do that by sitting on the couch eating junk.
