Hello! It’s been a while since I have shared anything, so I am going to give you a brief summary about myself. My name is Samantha. My friends call me Sam. I was born with a right unilateral cleft lip and a complete cleft palate, I am deaf and nonverbal, I have ADHD, autism and severe intellectual and developmental delays.

A few weeks ago, on November 7, I had another 2 ½ minute tonic clonic (grand mal) seizure after school, and I was diagnosed with epilepsy on November 12. I have been okay since then and, so far, the medication that my neurologist prescribed has been helping me.

I have been happy and very active, and I recently celebrated my 18th birthday on November 28!
