Sorry that I have been MIA for a while, but I am getting quite busy. I have 18 hours next semester …. 18!!! 
I had to start sending emails to professors about books. Here is an example of one.
Dear Dr. _____,
My name is Arielle and I am a graduate student in French Linguistics. I am planning on taking your PORT 2600 course next semester and I am really looking forward to learning Portuguese. I am a student registered through Disability Resource Center because I am visually impaired. Since I request textbooks through DRC and it takes some time for them to be produced. I am in the process of collecting all my books for Spring 2018 so I will have everything in an accessible format on the first day of class in January. Which books are required for PORT 2600? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks in advance for your help.
