Break out the following crafting supplies and create a mindful
bookmark for yourself, a friend or a family member.
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
cardstock, plain paper, old cardboard or poster board
Markers and/or colored pencils
One-hole punch to add a string or ribbon to your bookmark (you can also use a
pointy pencil to make the hole)
GET CREATIVE:
Cut out rectangles in the size you prefer for a bookmark.
Add words that help you to stay “mindful”.
Think about morning meditation for some ideas!
Make your creation colorful and HAPPY!!!!
