As you know I have a job at the Museum Center in Cincinnati.
Well I have been having some trouble with my job. Sometimes I feel that visitors do not ask me questions because they think that because I am iuse a wheelchair I cannot speak or maybe even understand.  It has made me sad but I came up with an idea.  I have been woking on it by introducing myself to visitors and telling them I work there.  I also tell them that  if they have any questions to ask to ask me.  I also point out parts of the museum I really like.. I have been so happy with the response. Maybe a lot of people will see that I am good at my job and hopefully it will change the way people think about people who use wheelchairs.When they go somewhere else that a person using a wheelchair works them may see them as able to speak and as smart.
