Hi everyone. This is Talia here. Today I hung out with my puppy Millie the black English lab after my voice/piano lesson with the one and only Miss Judy Kessler. For piano, I did white keys scales, black keys scales, played, “You’re the One That I Want” by Olivia Newton John and John Travolta (from Grease the movie version) and I played, “I won’t say I’m in love” by Susan Egan (from Disney’s Hercules). For voice, I did voice warmups, sang, “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John, “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” by Elton John, “Bennie and The Jets” by Elton John, and “Don’t You Go Breaking My Heart” by Kiki Dee and Elton John. I love music so much. Today at school, I finished my graduation speech(English;1st), (I just started my paper about my trip to Paris, France in the spring of 2018), (PE;2nd), I played Basketball with Isaac Merkovich (a senior at Banyan), Alexandra Buniewski (a senior at Banyan), Justin Martinez (a senior at Banyan), Ms. Erin V. (my aide at school), Ms. Rachel Lott (my PE teacher), Dante Corvelli (a senior at Banyan), (Choir; 3rd), I did stretching, sang, “Better Place” by Rachel Platten (that is Megan Ryan’s favorite song), then I learned about the brass instruments: Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, and French horn, and then sang, “I get by a little help from my friends” by The Beatles and Joe Cocker (that’s our favorite song), (Megan Ryan; who is a sophomore at Banyan; Mr. Joseph “Joe” Maldonado, who is the music director; of course my aide; (Photography; 4th); I made a Peace keychain out of Shrinking Dink Plastic, and I am finished with my Eiffel Tower Shrinking Dink plastic pin; (Economics; 5th); I took an economics test it was easy!; (Lunch); I ate French fries, and two Chicken Parmigiana Wraps, and I drank water; (After lunch); I went outside with some of my friends from school; we played basketball again; (Kickball game 7th wth Miss Rachel Lott, Mr. Joe Maldonado, Miss Erin V., Mr. Michael “Mike” Wagner, Jared Schick, John Storer, Zacharea Bajati, Kimberly “Kimmie” Links, Alexandra Buniewski, Danny Cruz, Brandon Platt, Issac Merkovich); (Technology 8th); I typed on the computer with a Word Document app; (Speech Therapy 8th wth Miss Samantha , Kimmy Links, and Alexandra we learned about similes and metaphors) and finally the end of the day (homeroom)!
