I probably ate way more food than I should (because I ate way too much).    Day 1 of accepted students day was mostly the department’s info.  I learned so much about the MA in French Linguistics and basically all the buildings (well the departments building: Gilbert hall, Mary Lyndon hall for French and Spanish Immersion, the main library, the special collections library, and Transmetropolitan: a restaruant in downtown Athens) .  I’m currently rooming with a graduate student who works in the French immersion hall.  

I will get better pictures of the campus tomorrow because there will be a walking tour.  Most of the info tomorrow will be from the graduate school.
