Pushing hard again at the gym.

Yesterday at the gym I pushed myself hard again, finding my new personal best point, running 400m on the treadmill speed setting 9.0!!! When I started this treadmill 12 weeks ago, my jog speed was 3.0 and my run speed 5.0, at the end of 6 weeks, my jog was 6.5 and run was 7.0 now my jog/run speed is 8.0 and building!!
