My mom, dad, brother and I drove to Chicago to visit my older brother Matt. On the way we stopped to visit my Grandma. We went to dinner by the water with my Grandma and my cousin. At dinner there was a bee buzzing around my Grandma’s food and my younger brother killed one that was bothering him. After eating, my cousin and I went down by the water to take pictures. We went to get frozen custard after dinner at Abbotts. That is my mom’s favorite!

The next day we made it to Chicago. We checked into the hotel then met my brother and his friend for dinner. His friend is also his roommate and they knew each other from high school.

The following day we went to Navy Pier.

We went shopping, caught a lot of Pokemon and went on an Architectural boat tour. The shops I went to were a toy store and candy store. At the candy store I got a toy and popcorn flavored Pop Rocks. On the boat tour we saw Trump tower.

We also went to the Aquarium and the Franklin Zoo. It was a really nice aquarium and zoo. We saw fish and a dolphin and Beluga whale show at the aquarium and saw some crazy gorillas at the zoo that were chasing each other. I bought an activity book and stickers at the Aquarium with 3D glasses.

At night we went to the Chicago Cubs game. They played the Cardinals, which was my Grandpa’s favorite team. The Cardinals won.

On the last day we went shopping to Dylan’s Candy Store, which is my favorite candy store, it is so big!

We went to dinner that night and my Dad realized that he lost his phone in the cab. We didn’t know what cab company it was so my mom called my Dad’s phone and the cab driver answered it. He was nice and brought it back to us at the restaurant.

On our way back home we stopped in Ohio and went to Cedar Point amusement park. It has a lot of roller coasters. My brother loves roller coaster so he and my Dad went on them. My mom and I went on a racing horse merry go round a few times and did some other rides. I went to the arcade and got a lot of tickets and of course, I went shopping.
