Ryan Seacrest

On Thursday, January 17th I was on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan! I met Ryan Seacrest, Sarah Paulson, Regina Hill and Jillian Michaels in person, Kelly was really busy getting rushed around everywhere, she is still amazing though, am I right?. Guess what is visible in all my pics, my credit card holder that says Change how you see; see how you change!!!!!!!

Today on Sundays addition of the blog, O thought I would share some of my favorite podcasts….( Rick, maybe Pearls should create one as a whole other medium for Ambassadorship!!!!) Go Live in peoples homes, hospital beds, cars and more.

On that note, here’s some inspiration.

  1. The Morning toast with the Oshray sisters.   Synopsis – Claudia and her sister Jackie as well as her other sister’s Margo and Olivia- break down the top 5 stories of the day in millennial terms BEFORE Breakfast.  As they say, what you need to know before you take a bite out of your morning toast. If you have an American family as I do with two older sisters this definitely gives you some home away from home vibes no matter how far you are from your family.
  2. Goop – Gwenyth Paltrow and her CCO, Elise Loehnen sit down with some amazing people for about 45 mins. A personal favorite, the interview with Dr Taz, who wrote Super Woman Rx.
  3. Sarah Herron’s podcast & her Affiliated interviews media circuits- Sarah was on ABCs the bachelor’s franchise (Sean Lowe)  including Paradise. Sarah is a Colorado native who happens to be born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, not winning Sean’s heart – was more about winning her own; including the seasons of change that come with the loss of an arm, already having a successful career in advertising and started SheLift, Teaching lessons through outdoor adventure to women and young girls- with limb differences. Today she’s on tour in the USA, teaching in a course of confidence when you have some kind of limb difference. Sarah is pretty much my Spirit Animal. I hope I meet her one day.
  4. Thick and Thin by Katy Bellotte. A youtube content Creator, who works in NYC for L’Oreal as their Social Media Coordinator, discusses a little bit of everything. But, its real, relevant material from someone my age going through the exact same “Freshmeat of the 9 to 5” if you will.

Enjoy – and I’ll see you next Sunday.
