I will probably do a blog about my week because it’s getting to the point where I am getting so much on my plate. February is full of exams and conferences (Crossroads!). Like cooking! I’ve decided to start prepping my meals a bit.
Since I’m working on ????♀️C25K (couch to 5K), which is an app that prepares couch potatoes (like myself) and prepares them to run a 5k, I probably need to pay attention to what I eat. ???? Speaking of running, I did a run for twenty minutes straight this week. For those of you who run already, it doesn’t sound like a lot (but it is for someone who hasn’t been really active it’s a step in the right direction). I also changed my routine where I go to the gym in the morning, like at 5 AM, because all my classes are 9:05/9:30 each day. So I have to walk from my apartment to Ramsey (name of the gym on campus) and back because the bus doesn’t run at this time.
