Tips on dealing with darker mornings/evenings
- Focus on yourself and trust your gut.
- Hydrate: Drink water every day!
- Try doing morning mediation.
- Try to wake up early with special SAD lamps which mimics the sun rising.
- Go to the gym or take a yoga class.
- Eat healthy foods.
- Regulate your routines.
- Take a class. (I’m taking a writing class with EPIC Players, EPIC Plays with EPIC Players (we are doing Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical), ASL class at Bergen Community College and Sharing the Arts (we are doing Beauty and the Beast).
- Start a morning routine every day.
- Get enough sleep. It is very important.
- Listen to the songs Late Night Talking by Harry Styles and Secret Oktober by Duran Duran (and other autumn songs).
