Weigh in day, six weeks sugar free (mostly) six weeks carb free (mostly) 6.6 pounds or 3kgs lighter and skinnier, feeling like magic! Here is to another six weeks, this time more effort putting in and more carbs going out! I’m feeling and looking amazing, healthy, muscled and refined! I will be better prepared for the half marathon I will be running in March next year!!
