7 days: unlimited food, drinks, activities, and paradise. That is a
vacation. I haven’t been on a week long vacation where I didn’t have
to worry about work in YEARS. And it was finally here. Myself and 2
girlfriends booked a week long trip to Cancun, Mexico in January and
mid-July it was finally here!

The sun was shining, the beach was unbelievable, the 5 pools were
incredible, the food was amazing, the people were super fun, what else
can a girl ask for?????

I swam with the dolphins, learned some Spanish dances, ate awesome
food, had tropical drinks, and got an amazing tan. I kept up on all my
meds, like a good Marfan patient, and made sure I kept hydrated and
sunscreen on. My condition is always in the back of my mind, but it
has NEVER stopped me from doing what I want to do in life.
