I have started working for St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital full-time as
the new Manager of Strategic Partnerships. The hospital is located in
Bayside, Queens and it is a post-acute care facility. Our kids are
very sick and very poor, but they are so amazing and inspire me EVERY
SINGLE DAY.

Having a rare disease myself I like to remind myself how my life could
be worse. Seeing these kids at work everyday puts everything in
perspective and really make me grateful for knowing about my diagnosis
of Marfan Syndrome and happy that my life is how it is. Things could
be worse and there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do to help St. Mary’s
kids. Including helping coordinate one of our many fundraisers of the
year, a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament!
