What’s considered rare in Star Wars? Purple Kyber Crystal! It is considered a very rare crystal to find. No wonder it is so hard to find a purple lightsaber among the Jedi. A famous Jedi who has a purple lightsaber is Mace Windu. He was Master of the Jedi High Council.

Yesterday, at the new Galaxy’s Edge land at Disneyland, I got to build my own lightsaber. I chose purple because the purple crystal is the rarest to find. So, it might be really hard to make. Purple lightsaber wielding Jedi may be tempted by the power of the Dark side of the force, but they always return to the Light.

I think the purple lightsaber was the perfect fit for me. I am rare, too. Sometimes, being rare is hard. It can be a challenge. Other times, being rare is amazing. It helps me relate to people in a different way. I feel strong when I overcome challenges. Being rare is powerful!
